Tennessee Retired Teachers' Association

 For the second consecutive year TRTA has applied for and received a grant from NEA-Retired to utilize for our local chapters and numbers! TRTA received $6,600 last year and have just been notified that we received the maximum amount of $8,500 for the 2024-2025 fiscal year!  That is a total of $15,100 applied for and received from NEA-Retired. TRTA leadership will use these funds to conduct 10 spring regionals across the state next March. We also have a "Day on the Hill" at the Legislative Plaza scheduled for March 4th - more details soon.
